Prasanna Arikala is the Chief Technology & Product Officer and a member of the founding team at Kore.ai. At Kore.ai, he drives the company’s product and technology vision and leads the development of its AI platforms.

A product and technology leader with more than 25 years of experience, Prasanna has built enterprise products and engineering organizations across India and the United States. Before Kore.ai, he was Chief Architect at Kony Labs, leading product innovation, architecture, design, and engineering. Earlier, he spent a decade at Virtusa in senior engineering and architecture leadership roles.

Since Kore.ai’s founding in 2014, Prasanna has architected the AI platforms that have powered the company’s evolution from conversational AI to generative and agentic AI. Most recently, he led the development of {Artemis}, Kore.ai’s new-generation AI-native, AI-programmable Agent Platform built for the agentic enterprise.

Prasanna holds 18 granted patents with 18 additional filings across conversational AI, RAG, agentic orchestration, and enterprise technologies.
