A successful entrepreneur for more than 30 years, Raj has built and scaled five technology companies across multiple waves of technological transformation. He has taken two companies public on NASDAQ and led several others to successful acquisitions. Prior to Kore.ai, Raj founded and led Kony (acquired by Temenos), Intelligroup (NASDAQ-listed, acquired by NTT DATA), SeraNova (NASDAQ-listed, acquired by Silverline), and iTouchPoint, a successful BPO company. Each company became a recognized leader in its respective category.

Since founding Kore.ai in 2014, Raj has guided the company through sustained growth, including four consecutive years of triple-digit revenue growth, while securing strategic investments from leading global investors. Today, Kore.ai is consistently recognized as a leader by Gartner, Forrester, Everest Group, IDC, and other leading industry analysts, and is trusted by over 500 Global 2000 organizations worldwide. Under Raj’s leadership, Kore.ai recently launched Kore.ai Agent Platform Artemis, the industry's first AI-programmable platform for building, governing, and optimizing enterprise AI systems.
